·   All work is captured in a T-Mobile UMTS Civil Picture Closeout document and turn into Parsons for my review. The photo document is reviewed for quality and made to follow Parsons and T-Mobile Specifications. Such work included in photo document includes and not limited to. Nokia Node-B cabinet and equipment installation, UMTS Antenna installation, Coax installation grounding, lightning protection color coding and labeling. Remote Electrical Tilt document is turned in to Parsons for my review. Accuracy is confirmed for Network integration and performance. Review all Redlined site drawings for accuracy. All unacceptable work is punch listed to the General Contractors performing the work.
